Teleogentic is the fictional future company of Kirby White (Alt+F11 is the website I use for my Excel coaching service).

A combination of Teleos and Agentic, "Teleogentic" reflects our core beliefs about living into one's calling and purpose by applying their own agency and free will. As such, we operate with a methodology of discernment:

Clarity precedes action. Swift, decisive, and efficient action is only useful when you know where to go. Vision, mission, and values reveal the effectiveness of goals, action plans, and KPIs.

Convicted humility. A leader should be only as convicted as they are humble. Conviction without humility is foolhardiness; humility without conviction is aimless. By mastering both we can lead through difficulty and inspire others to excellence.

The Teleologentic Icon

This icon is imbued with symbolism.

The Greek letters Tau and Alpha form the initials for our namesake, Telos (purpose) and Agentic (free will).

The green circle represents the combination of three elements, suggesting that the whole is greater than the sum of the parts.

The interior circles represent mind, body, and spirit.

Red represents physicality: Our body, environment, and those around us.

Blue represents mind: Continually learning, striving, and growing.

Yellow represents spirit: Emotions, true purpose, and calling.

Career Coaching

For most of us, work is the single largest activity of our lives. Work provides valuable resources we can use for recreation, to raise a family, or to support the causes we care about. Combined with a sense of purpose and meaning, it is a vocation.

We use individual assessments to gain clarity on your personality, strengths, skills, and interests. Personalized coaching helps you understand your past successes, current needs, and future aspirations. Taken together, you'll leave with a proprietary toolkit to help you assess employment opportunities so you can find the work that makes you come alive.

This toolkit integrates with our recruiting efforts, so we'll contact you when we hear about jobs that are a good match for you. Already have a good job? No worries- you tell us what it would take for you to move, and we'll only let you know when something that good shows up.

Our measure of success is when you have to make a tough choice: Which of these great jobs should I accept?

Employee Selection

A bad employee is worse than no employee, which is why we use cutting-edge business and psychology research to identify the best candidates for your position. Our team will conduct a comprehensive job evaluation before we begin recruiting, working with you to not only understand the key skills you need to hire, but also why these skills are vital to your team and organization.

Coupled with our career coaching services, we provide the most rigorous employment matchmaking service available. Like other recruiting companies, we match candidates based on their skills, experience, and personality. Unlike other companies, we also match candidates to the personality makeup of your current team. This lets us help you build the best team for the outcomes that matter to you: creative problem solving, operational efficiency, strategic thinking, growth and scale, corporate turnaround, or organizational stability.

Our tools help your hiring teams perform their best. Our web plug-ins make it easy to post jobs, collect and review applications, and select the best candidates. When it's time to interview, you can easily build an evaluation guide to ensure you score candidates consistently and fairly, even with multiple hiring managers. Once they accept an offer, your new employee's profile automatically rolls into the performance and development toolkit for their new supervisor.

Easier tools. Better results.

Employee Development

  • Performance management (pretty typical)
  • Employee development structure
    • For managers: How can you aid the development of your team? What are their goals? Guidelines and worksheets for these conversations
    • For individuals: How is this team aligning with your long-term goals? Where might you want to go next? How do you want to handle challenges with this team? (manager's can't see this)
  • Team tools:
    • What's the personality mix of the team? What challenges/opportunities does this present?
    • Individual x Authority matrix: How will shifting authority activate or suppress the characteristics of your team?
    • Team profile: Is this team best geared towards creativityefficiency, or competition?
